New Homes For Rent is operated by Real Estate Asset Disposition Corporation (READCorp) doing business as New Homes For Rent, LLC. We are a listings and information platform for residential rentals and homes for lease. We are not a party to lease transactions between renters and property managers/owners. Rental Applications & Screening: If you choose to complete an application or screening, you may submit sensitive data (e.g., SSN, income, employment, ID) directly to an Authorized Operator or screening provider.
